Terms of Service

Effective 16 August 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Wrumb. Wrumb helps people and businesses arrange point-to-point movement by connecting customers with independent providers of delivery and transport capacity. By creating an account, publishing a service, requesting or booking a movement, accepting a job, or otherwise using Wrumb, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Wrumb provides

Wrumb provides technology for discovery, matching, booking, communication, payment coordination, records, and related support. Unless Wrumb expressly states otherwise for a particular service, Wrumb is not the carrier, courier, freight forwarder, employer, agent, owner, or operator of an independent provider's vehicle, equipment, staff, or capacity.

Providers decide whether to offer capacity, where they operate, what they carry, their availability, applicable requirements, and the commercial terms they are permitted to set through Wrumb. Customers decide what movement to request and which available option to use. A provider remains independently responsible for performing an accepted movement lawfully, safely, and according to the confirmed booking terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must meet any minimum age or other eligibility requirement that applies where you use Wrumb. If you use Wrumb for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account reasonably secure, and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not impersonate another person or organisation, create misleading profiles, evade restrictions, or misuse another person's credentials.

3. Requests, services, and booking terms

Customers are responsible for accurately describing pickup and drop-off locations, timing, cargo, quantity, presentation, handling needs, access conditions, contacts, documents, declared value, and any other fact that may materially affect matching or performance.

Providers are responsible for accurately describing their coverage, capacity, cargo acceptance, handling capabilities, restrictions, pricing, availability, booking policy, and other service conditions.

The booking or confirmation screen shows the terms recorded by Wrumb for a movement. Those confirmed terms, together with any incorporated provider requirements and any later change accepted by the relevant participants, form the operational agreement for that movement. If information changes, the affected participant must update the booking or obtain agreement before relying on the change.

4. Full, Shared, scheduled, and quoted capacity

A Full booking reserves the relevant capacity for one customer to the extent stated in the booking. A Shared booking reserves only the stated portion and may travel with other compatible cargo. Providers remain responsible for applying their declared compatibility and safety restrictions.

Scheduled Trips are departures made available for specified dates, times, recurrence, and remaining capacity. A quote is not a confirmed booking unless the customer accepts it and completes any required booking or payment step before it expires or is withdrawn.

5. Prices, fees, payments, and wallet balances

Prices shown on Wrumb may include provider charges, Wrumb fees, taxes where applicable, payment-processing charges, or other amounts disclosed before confirmation. Some services may require a quote because the available information is not sufficient to calculate a reliable price in advance.

Wrumb may coordinate payment through third-party payment providers and may hold or restrict funds, or use a supported wallet or balance mechanism, where the product flow requires payment protection, refunds, settlement, or completion confirmation. Payment processing can be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.

You authorise Wrumb and its payment partners to charge, hold, release, refund, or otherwise process the amounts you approve through the product. Providers are responsible for taxes, licences, registrations, and reporting obligations that apply to their earnings or business activities unless applicable law places a particular obligation on Wrumb.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and changes

Cancellation and refund consequences depend on the state of the movement, whether a provider has accepted, whether pickup has occurred, work already performed, non-recoverable costs, and any terms shown before you confirm the cancellation. Wrumb will display the applicable consequence when the product can determine it in advance.

A cancellation does not remove obligations that already arose before cancellation. If cargo has already been picked up, the participants may need to complete delivery, arrange return, agree another resolution, or pay reasonable costs associated with work already performed.

7. Pickup, delivery, and verification codes

Wrumb may use pickup, delivery, return, one-time, or similar verification codes to record handoff or completion. Keep these codes private until the relevant handoff actually occurs. Do not give a completion code to a provider before the corresponding event has happened.

A code is a transaction signal, not a substitute for reasonable inspection, safe handling, identity checks, or other precautions appropriate to the movement.

8. Prohibited and restricted use

You may not use Wrumb to:

  • request, offer, carry, or facilitate anything unlawful in the relevant locations;
  • misrepresent cargo, quantity, dimensions, condition, value, hazard, required documentation, or handling needs;
  • move prohibited, stolen, dangerous, regulated, controlled, or restricted items without every authorisation and safeguard required by applicable law and by the provider;
  • infringe another person's rights, facilitate fraud, evade law-enforcement measures, or misuse Wrumb for harmful or deceptive activity;
  • interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, scrape protected data without permission, introduce malicious code, or use Wrumb in a way that materially harms other users or the platform.

Wrumb may restrict categories, routes, accounts, services, or movements where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or risk management.

9. Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the people, vehicles, vessels, equipment, permits, insurance, training, licences, operating authority, employment or contractor arrangements, and safety practices used to perform their services. Providers must only publish or accept work they are capable and permitted to perform.

Wrumb does not create an employment relationship between Wrumb and an independent provider, provider staff member, driver, rider, operator, or other person merely because that person uses the platform. The actual legal status of a participant always depends on applicable law and the real relationship between the relevant parties.

10. Customer responsibilities

Customers must package, prepare, describe, and make cargo available in a condition reasonably suitable for the booked movement, except where the confirmed service expressly assigns a particular responsibility to the provider. Customers must ensure that they have authority to move the cargo and to provide any sender, recipient, business, document, or contact information submitted through Wrumb.

11. Public profiles, ratings, and content

Certain provider profile, service, capacity, completion, rating, review, or business information may be visible to other users or publicly accessible. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights necessary to provide it.

You give Wrumb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and otherwise use content you submit only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and present Wrumb and the services you request or offer. You retain ownership of your content.

12. Communications

Wrumb may send transactional communications about accounts, verification, requests, bookings, quotes, payments, pickup, delivery, safety, support, and service changes through supported channels such as in-product notifications, email, SMS, messaging services, or push notifications. Marketing communications, where used, will be subject to the choices and legal requirements that apply to them.

13. Third-party services

Wrumb may rely on third parties for maps, communications, identity or business verification, payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, or other infrastructure. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Wrumb is not responsible for a third party's independent products or services merely because they are linked to or technically integrated with Wrumb.

14. Service availability and changes

Wrumb may add, remove, test, suspend, or change features, eligibility rules, supported locations, pricing mechanisms, payment methods, capacity types, or other parts of the service. We do not guarantee that a provider, route, price, quote, scheduled departure, payment method, or particular feature will always be available.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Wrumb at any time, subject to unresolved bookings, balances, disputes, or legal obligations. Wrumb may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unsafe activity, serious or repeated breaches, legal requirements, non-payment, security risk, harm to other participants, or material misuse of the service.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Wrumb may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrumb is provided on an "as available" basis. Matching, estimated timing, distance, route, availability, provider information, status, and other platform-generated information may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by information supplied by users and third parties.

Wrumb does not guarantee the identity, conduct, quality, legality, safety, suitability, availability, solvency, insurance, or performance of an independent participant except to the extent Wrumb expressly undertakes a specific obligation in the product or applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Responsibility and limits of liability

Each participant remains responsible for their own acts, omissions, promises, cargo, equipment, people, and legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrumb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from independent participant conduct, unavailable capacity, missed commercial opportunities, third-party services, or information outside Wrumb's reasonable control. Any further limitation that applies to a particular paid Wrumb service will be disclosed in the terms governing that service.

18. Claims and disputes

If a movement or payment goes wrong, use Wrumb's support process promptly and provide relevant booking identifiers, communications, photos, documents, or other available evidence. Wrumb may review platform records and may facilitate a practical resolution, but doing so does not make Wrumb the provider or guarantee a particular outcome.

These Terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and does not permit you to waive. Any mandatory local consumer, transport, privacy, employment, or other legal protections continue to apply.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wrumb develops or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version and revise the effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

20. Contact

For questions, support, legal notices, or concerns about these Terms, use Help or the contact method made available through Wrumb. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

These Terms are intended as Wrumb's general service terms. Additional or local terms may apply where required for a particular product, payment method, participant type, or legal jurisdiction.
